Weekend Well is a weekend retreat hosted by myself and Pip Roberts in the calm of the somerset countryside. Providing you with space and support to disconnect from the demands of modern life, to reconnect with yourself. through yoga, meditation, natural foods (made my yours truly), massage, aromatherapy, creative workshops and much more, expect the chance to slow down, reset and restore to ensure a smooth transition intoAautumn. Not only will you leave the retreat feeling rested and refreshed, you will feel empowered and equipped with tools to apply to your normal day-to-day life.

ease into autumn . 6th-9th October

The first Weekend Well® retreat is centred around the seasonal shift out of Summer and into Autumn. A transformational time, we wanted to immerse ourselves in nature to connect with the Universal changes that affect us more than many people realise. Taking time out of your busy life to reconnect with nature as well as yourself at this time of year is a powerful habit to get into, and assists with both letting go of the old and welcoming new opportunities; setting clear intentions and planting seeds to nurture into just the experiences you desire.

Accommodation & Rates

We have conciously selected a private house just outside Bath to hold up to 10 people on our retreat, so expect a cosy group vibe, with plenty of open space around the house to explore the autumn vistas should solo time be on your agenda. There are twin and double rooms - please specify a preference when booking and we will do our best to accommodate.

DOUBLE: £450

STANDARD TICKET PRICE  .  £450 per person, based on a shared room

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

3 nights accommodation from Friday 6th to Monday 9th October. Two yoga sessions daily (one morning and one afternoon), two meditation sessions daily, shiatsu, massage*, creative workshops, intimate group or one-on-one discussions and delicious plant-based meals (made by yours truly), free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar (a smoothie and 2 full meals per day and unlimited drinks and snacks). You'll also have free time to relax (in the house, the grounds or the hot tub) or enjoy the surroundings, taking guided or solo walk through neighbouring villages, or venturing into the beautiful city of Bath. 

You will also receive a selection of complimentary food, beauty and general wellbeing products upon arrival, to take away with you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You will need to organise your own transport to Bath. There will be one organised shuttle service from Bath Spa Train Station for those traveling by train or coach, and there is on site parking for those traveling by car. If you are travelling by train or coach but are unable to make it, you will need to take a bus or taxi, roughly 20 minutes to the retreat house from the city centre.

You will need to bring your own yoga mat.

* Massage treatments not included in ticket price.

Cancellation policy

Tickets for the retreat are non-refundable, however, if we manage to fill your space after you cancel you will receive a full refund (we're good like that).
