Grace Belgravia is a private, women's only, members only club in Knightsbridge, London, where members and their guests can go to wind down, workout, relax in the spa, attend the medicinal clinic, enjoy deliciously nourishing food and drinks from the apothecary bar and cafe, and even attend talks and events throughout the month, organised in collaboration with world renowned experts and influencers.
This September, I've been invited to host my first supper event at the club. Unfortunately, I don't have much time to dedicate to supper clubs, as I am constantly working, or travelling with work. So I jumped at the opportunity to work with this beautiful venue and can't wait to hold another event after such a long time. I've developed a lot of new recipes and have designed this menu around wholesome, seasonal produce.
The menu will consist of three main phases. The evening will begin with three starter options, served canape style on sharing boards. You'll then have a choice of two main courses - one fish option and one vegetarian option - before getting stuck into a mouthwatering after dinner activity. You'll be provided with a rich, creamy (yet dairy free) dessert base, and a selection of my favourite superfood toppings will line the middle of the table for you to add to your bowl as you wish. I usually serve breakfast this way when I have guests over, as it is fun for each person to customise and personalise their own creation with their favourite ingredients. It will be messy, but it will be fun, it will be nourishing and it will be delicious.
