INGREDIENTS

100g Cooked Puy Lentil
1 Tin Chickpeas, drained
1/2 cup Olive Oil
50g Black Olives, pitted
Juice from 
1/2 Fresh Lemon
3 Tablespoon Tahini
1/4 Cup Water
Lemon Juice
1 Large Handful Fresh Basil

METHOD

Simply place all ingredients in your blender and blend for 2-3 minutes on a high speed. Add a little water if the mixture needs help to get going. Season to taste and enjoy.
